Delivery
Shipping within Türkiye is offered at checkout. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and the order total are displayed before you confirm your order.
For delivery outside Türkiye, please contact us before ordering. An international shipping method is not currently configured.
Payment and order tracking
Cash on delivery is offered for eligible orders. Check the payment methods available at checkout.

Withdrawal and returns
For products covered by the right of withdrawal, you may give notice within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to your personal specifications.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact us through the same address for the return address and carrier details. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Check the product page for dimensions, materials, current price and availability. Decorative mockups illustrate styling ideas; consider them alongside the product photographs when examining the pattern and texture.
